CA or Cardiac Arrhythmia is the interruption of the normal heart beat. This is a common illness but most of as do not know about it until we do our check ups. The symptoms are very common which makes it very hard to detect. Commonly, this not a serious illness but there are some cases that it can be a life or death situation.

There are various ways to recognize an Arrhythmia. The most effective one is interpreting it. One of the most vital part in our body is our heart. It performs different kind of things that keep our body up and running. To ensure that it is in shape, a regular check up is recommended. Anyway, let us look into what arrhythmia really is and what causes it.

In a normal individual, the it beats in a steady manner. It is more like a lub dub pattern which reflects the blood flow passing through its chambers. You can also feel it by putting your hand on your chest.

In cases that an individual has a CA, the beating is somewhat strange. It can be too rapid or too slow. Having this kind of rhythm will change how the blood is circulated in our system. In some cases, where there is an obvious problem, the beat skips or pauses in long period of time.

Contingent upon how it pumps there are scientific names CA can be classified. The slower beating, is named bradycardia. This is commonly detected on athletes who frequently trains it to pump in a slower pattern. There are reasons why they do it, and mostly it aims to improve performance. The faster pumping is named tachycardia. It usually occurs after exercise, but sometimes it is just a normal reaction of our body.

A rare type of CA is known as fibrillation. Our heart usually contracts to pump blood out, in an individual who has fibrillation, instead of the normal contraction it quivers. This is very deadly specially if not treated promptly.

The common cause of arrhythmia are stress, congenital heart disease, use of illegal drugs and aging. This can be prevented by constantly conditioning your vital organs by exercising and proper diet. Do not be alarmed if your it beats a little bit crazy if you are under stress, it is just a normal stress reaction. Some things that affects beating, is palpitations. Keep in mind that this is not related to stress so it would be better if you consult a doctor so they can give you a good overview on what causes it.

We only have one life, and it is very important to make the most out of it. To do so, you have to live a bit longer to experience what you want to experience. Keep a healthy lifestyle. Stress is inevitable, just make sure you handle it carefully so that it would not create complications later on.
